How we treat the details you send us.

PIPPIT is a working shop name, not a registered company. The merchant behind the shop will be [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], of [STREET ADDRESS], United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@pippit.store / [PHONE].

What we collect

If you write to us or record an order we store your name, email, telephone, delivery address, the pieces you chose, and any note you add. The browser also keeps a basket in local storage on your device. We do not run a marketing pixel on this site and we do not sell lists of customers.

Why we keep it

To fulfil an order, to answer a message, and to keep a record if there is a dispute. If a fulfilment-partner token is later configured on the server, the delivery name, address and the supplier variant identifiers are sent to our fulfilment partner so the warehouse can pack the parcel. That partner then processes that data under its own terms.

How long

Order records stay in data/orders.json on the merchant’s server until they are archived or deleted by the merchant. You can ask us to correct or delete a record by writing to hello@pippit.store, subject to records we must keep for tax or a card dispute.

Cards

This shop does not yet collect card numbers. When card payments are connected, the acquirer — not this website — will process the card. We will update this page before that happens.

Transfers

Fulfilment partners and warehouses are often in China. That is an international transfer. We do not pretend the goods are packed in Dubai.
