Where it comes from, and how long it takes.

PIPPIT does not keep a showroom warehouse of these goods in Dubai. Most pieces are packed at our warehouse partner in China and handed to ordinary international post or a consolidator.

Destinations

We ship to the United Arab Emirates and internationally, subject to the carrier and to customs rules in the destination country. Some addresses, islands and freight-forwarding lockers may be refused after we review the order.

Time

Allow 7–25 days from the day the warehouse marks the parcel as dispatched to the day it can reasonably arrive. Product pages show a tighter window where we have one. That window is an estimate, not a guaranteed express service. Customs inspection, public holidays and incomplete addresses add time.

Merchant country

The merchant of record is in the United Arab Emirates. That is also stated on the checkout screen. It does not mean the parcel is posted from the UAE.

Duties

Import duty, VAT or COD fees charged by the destination can apply. They are the buyer’s responsibility unless we say otherwise on a specific order.

Tracking

When the warehouse gives us a tracking number we will email it to the address on the order. Some economy routes update slowly.
