The terms on which we sell.

These terms apply to orders recorded on this website. The seller will be [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], United Arab Emirates. Until that legal name is filled in, this is a working storefront only and card acquiring should not be requested.

What we sell

Unbranded pet lifestyle goods. Descriptions are for ordinary household use. We do not sell supplements or medicines and we make no veterinary claims. We do not sell replica or counterfeit branded goods.

Contract

Recording an order asks us to reserve the pieces. A contract is formed when we confirm we can fulfil and, once payments are connected, when payment is captured. Today the checkout only records the order; it does not take a card payment.

Price

Prices are in UAE dirhams and are shown on each product page. Postage is confirmed after review and is not advertised as free unless we later say so for a specific dispatch.

Origin and time

Most goods are packed at our warehouse partner in China. Allow 7–25 days from dispatch to a door in the UAE or internationally. Customs, weekends and remote addresses can add time. We will not describe this as next-day local stock.

Use

Supervise toys, collars, cameras and feeders. GPS tags need a data plan you arrange separately. Cameras need your own network. None of these goods replace a veterinary examination.

Law

UAE law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
